Deepen your understanding and meditation experience. These three online classes will give you a wonderful base to either begin or pick up your mediation practice. Soon you will be experiencing the benefits of meditation in all areas of your life. Class one is March 17thJanuary 13th, Class two is January 20th, and Class three is January 27th. All are via Zoom, beginning at 6:30 pm until 8 pm. Notes for each class will be emailed prior to that class date.
