It has now been acknowledged by the medical profession that those who take time to pray or meditate, regardless of their belief system, benefited from it physically and emotionally. Surprise! This is what the ancient sages knew all along; mind, body and spirit are connected and when in balance with one another, optimum health will follow.
This course is designed to help you to begin your own meditation practice. You will receive guidance in types of meditation, how to create your space, why meditation is key in optimum well being of mind, body and spirit. breath work, and journaling your meditations.
