Thrive After 55 Expo

Mindful Journey is excited to be taking part in this year’s “Thrive After 55 Expo” hosted by Central & North Hastings Chamber of Commerce  on Saturday April 11, 2026 from 10am – 3pm at the Kiwanis Club of Madoc.  The Expo offers a full day of fun for the 50+ community with more than 30 trade show booths, information sessions and entertainment featuring an impressive variety of products, services and information for older adults and their families.
