
Self-Hypnosis: An Introduction
Did you know that hypnosis is not some “new age” idea but has been used successfully for decades? Do you know that there are basic steps that an individual can learn to use self-hypnosis to make meaningful changes in their lives?
Rev. Janice has been a Certified Hypnotherapist since 2007 during which time she has worked with hundreds of individuals, and groups both in person and online to learn self-hypnosis. During her workshops and meditations she uses these techniques to assist participants to go deeply into relaxation where they can then make mind changes which promote emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
During this online class you will learn and discuss:
- The medical and scientific benefits found in various studies involving hypnosis.
- The steps in self-hypnosis involving breath work, visualization and positive affirmations.
- How to create affirmations to use in your personal self-hypnosis: the words to use, how and when to use them, the importance of using affirmations.
- Experience a guided self-hypnosis.
There will be time for questions and sharing your experiences. All notes will be emailed to you the day of the class. Following the class you will receive an audio self-hypnosis to use on your own.
