Rejuvenate, Refuel, Recharge…Rising Above Compassion Fatigue

Regardless of the type of work you do, whether you have employees, are a sole entrepreneur, work in the caregiving industry, look after your family, or are going through a grieving process, everyone needs to work through life’s challenges.

World wide changes have occurred since March 2020 on a scale  that many of us never anticipated, affecting our businesses and home-life. Changes in how and where we work, interact with others and dealing with all the emotions in-between including grief.  Feeling in control went out the window!

During this workshop will we take a look at:

  • the difference between compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue and burnout.
  • the signs we or someone we know is sliding into one of these places.
  • methods to help ourselves.
  • ways to help co-workers, family and friends.
  • how these same steps can assist us in working through life changes including grief.
  • how grief comes in many forms: loss of a loved one, separation, loss of job, empty nest.
  • the benefits of meditation as part of this process.

This 1.5 hour workshop will be held via Zoom so you can take part from the comfort of your home.  You do need to register in order to receive the Zoom link.  This is also an excellent workshop for organizations and workplaces.
