Mindfulness Meditation…breathe, relax, let go
Join me, Rev. Janice, in the William Shannon Room, Marmora Public Library, for three FREE classes on Mindfulness Meditation. I will be going over the benefits of meditation in regards to optimum well-being. We will look at breath work, sound, and affirmations in decreasing stress, releasing pain and creating positive outlooks.
It would be most beneficial if you attended all three classes but come when you can. We will start at 10:30 am, ending at 11:30 am.
Wear comfortable clothing. If you would like to meditate laying down, please bring your onw yoga mat or blanket.
