Healing Circle Meditation
Join us for an hour of discussion, sharing of ideas and of course, meditation. Each month will be a different topic where you are encouraged to take part in the discussion or simply listen. The meditation for the evening will be based on the topic.
The autumn is the perfect time to look at being truly grateful. During this time of year we are harvesting the fruits of our labour and evaluating what we have, what we perhaps lost and where to go from here.
