Reiki Level One Workshop

Registration open until September 15th.

Level One begins the Reiki learning journey.  During this all day workshop you will learn:

• The history of Reiki.
• How Reiki works, and how to connect to this energy.
• A basic outline of the energy centres known as Chakras.
• The basic hand techniques.
• How to perform Reiki on yourself.
• How to perform Reiki on someone else.
• What to expect as a receiver of Reiki and what you may experience as a practitioner.

This level is intended to be used on yourself, family and friends.  Whether you decide to move forward with the other levels,  you will find this is a wonderful introduction to energy light work.  You will be provided:

• All materials.
• Light lunch.
• Your Attunement.
• A Reiki Level One certificate.
