Tuesday, April 20th, 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm
As we all travel through these changing times let us not forget to check in on our soul. Of course, our emotional and physical well being are important but the spiritual aspect of our lives often gets put on the back burner or totally forgotten. This month’s class will focus on the following questions:
- How important is our spiritual health?
- Is it important in over all optimum well being?
- What connection does it have to bringing balance to mind, body and spirit?
- What can we do to heal our own soul?
As with our emotional and physical health we can choose to either do things as preventive care or wait until something happens and we are forced to look after ourselves. During this class we will take a closer look at our actions and thoughts and how they have created who we are today.
