Healing Through Meditation (Healing Circle Special Class)
Science is showing more and more proof that what we think affects how we physically feel and heal; the mind and body connection. There really are so many benefits to meditation! During this month’s Healing Circle Meditation, we will be looking at how we can use meditation and energy light work to help ourselves and others in healing the mind, body and spirit.
Over the 1.5 hour class we will look at:
- What are the effects of deep breathing on the physical and emotional bodies?
- How do our thoughts affect our healing and over all well being?
- What effect does stress have upon our emotional and physical health?
- How does meditation fit into healing mind and body?
- The importance of forgiveness and gratitude.
- What is energy light work?
- Can anyone learn to do this light work?
- How can it be used with a guided meditation?
- How to use this for our own healing and sending it to others.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to know anything about energy work or meditation to take this class. Whether you are new to all of this or are a practitioner and meditator already, this class will give you new insight, an opportunity to ask questions and to share your own insights.
