DESCRIPTION:Did you know that by calming your mind you can actually begin healing your emotional and physical body?  Are you ready to awaken your own possibilities, release stress, heal your heart of pain, anger, and grief?  During this month’s class we will walk through exercises that will assist you in  awakening your thought process by taking a deeper look inward to uncover what you need to release to bring in what you heart needs.  As always, we will come together for a group meditation to bring peace and calm to mind, body and spirit.\nOnce you register a Zoom link will be sent to you then all you need to do is sign in! All notes will be emailed to you.  It is that easy.\n
