DESCRIPTION:Spring has sprung and its that time of year we start clearing out the cupboards, closets and drawers in order to get rid of the old and bring in the new.  Did you ever think about your mind being in need of clearing too?\nOver time, we store away thoughts, feeling, experiences and the actions and reactions to those events in our subconscious mind.  Too often, like the closets in our homes, our mind closet gets things stuffed, shoved, and piled up to the point we do not know what is hiding in the back.  Sometimes, we choose not to open the door as we are afraid of what we might find or we know what is in there but do not want to let it out.\nIn this class we will take a look at how our mind works at storing away all the “stuff” and how it affects our health, our wealth, our relationships, and our decision making.  Then we will explore ways to clear out that closet to gain a better understanding of ourselves, our dreams, our fears and how to be all we can be.  Are you ready to uncover your true potential by releasing what you no longer need and make room for all the Universe has in store for you?\nThis class is based on the book, “Sally’s Closet”.  Register for this online class and you will receive an audio version of this book so you can listen to it anytime, anywhere.  Once your sign up a zoom link will be emailed to you along with the audio Sally’s Closet.\n
