DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered where the energy centres within your body are located and how they can affect you mentally, emotionally, and physically?  Did you know there are scents, sounds, crystals and angels that are associated with these energy centres known as chakras?  In this afternoon workshop you will learn:\n\nWhere the seven major Chakras are located\nColours, sounds, scents, angels, crystals and foods that affect them\nHow their balance or unbalance affects our mind, body and spirit health\nWays to bring balance\nAffirmations, how to use them to clear and balance these centres\nMeditations to align the Chakras\nGo beyond the major chakras and discuss those located outside of your body\nlearn what Angels are associated with each Chakra\nHow to use a pendulum with the Chakras\nReading the aura and chakras of someone else\n\nYou will receive all you need for this course!\n\nWorkbook with all the notes we cover\nA pendulum chart\nReading the aura chart\nDrinks and snacks will be provided\n\nThis course was designed and is  facilitated by Rev. Janice, who has worked with this energy for over twenty years.  All you need to bring is a pendulum if you have one (no worries if you do not as there will be a few here to share), all your questions and eagerness to discuss, share and learn.  This is a wonderful class for those working in energy work, or simply for your own mind, body, and spirit evolution.\n
