SUMMARY:Reiki Level One
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, we will go over the basic hand techniques, the history of Reiki and ethics. This is intended to be used on yourself, family and friends.  This is a full day workshop filled with talks, meditation, and of course, hands on practice to learn the basic hand techniques to be used for self healing and on others.  We will explore the energy centres, known as Chakras, how Reiki works, and how to use it.\nThe soul investment includes  your instructions by an experienced Reiki Master, Rev. Janice, all notes, attunement, certificate, light lunch and snacks.  Even if you do not wish to go any further with your Reiki Certifications, this workshop will give you an excellent base to understanding and using light energy in your daily life.  This level is necessary before proceeding to Reiki Level Two, Three and Masters.  \nPlease note that hand sanitizing will be required and should  you have any Covid symptoms, you will be asked not to attend.   A small class size will be maintained so everyone can obtain one on one teaching and allow time for practice and questions.\nTo learn more about Reiki >>> ( https://mindfuljourney.ca/reiki-master/ )\n
