Reiki

Reiki (ray key), simply put, is a natural form of healing, a laying on of hands or touch healing where the flow of high energy passes into and through a Practitioner, out the hands and into another person.  It is a system of incomparable ease and power, which provides a healing not only for the receiver but for the Practitioner as well.

During a session, the client lays, fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner goes over the client’s body, using various hand positions to transfer energy.  There does not have to be physical contact for this to be beneficial as it is a  “no touch” form of energy work.  A typical session will last from 45 minutes to one hour. Reiki can be booked on its own or combined with hypnosis for an “Energy Hypnosis” Session or with your personal Oracle Card Reading for an “R&R Session“.

Interested in becoming a Practitioner?

Enjoy the benefits of using Reiki on yourself and family or learning all levels to become a practitioner and/or teacher.  All levels are needed in order to receive your Reiki Master Degree.

Reiki Level One is primarily for self-healing and for direct healing on another person. Fee is $125, which includes your certificate, attunement  and learning material.  Through meditation, learning of the Reiki history, hand and body positioning, you will learn to be open to receive the great gift from the Divine…that of Universal Love and Healing.

Reiki Level Two takes you to the next level where you will learn symbols, long distant healing and find you are tuning into your intuition more.  It is at this level that ethically you can advertise that you are a Reiki Healer. Cost is $175, which includes certificate and learning material.

Reiki Level Three and Master Degree are where you receive the final symbols, learn to pass attunements and teach Reiki to others.  At this level you will find you are using Reiki at a more spiritual level.  You will receive two attunements – one for Level Three and the other for the Master Degree.  Cost is $350, which includes two attunements, certificate and learning material.

What helps to speed up the activation of this energy force within you is the attunement process.  This is what separates the Reiki system from other forms of healing.  Many have found that within the first month following their attunement, they are more aware spiritually and emotionally and often improvement in their own physical health is noted.

Energy Hypnosis

This all starts with a relaxing one-hour Reiki session. During this time you are laying, fully clothed, on a comfortable massage table while I transfer energy from the Universe, through me and into you. In this manner your Chakras (energy centres) can be unblocked, cleared and balanced resulting in a cleansing and complete relaxation of mind, body and spirit.

Once this is completed, you will stretch out in a very comfy recliner. At this time we may further discuss the issues in your life you would like to work on. These can range from dealing with past abuse issues, feelings of remorse, grief, insecurities, doing past life work, easing chronic pain, preparing yourself for any life change, weight management, stop smoking, healing the inner child…the possibilities are endless. This session is especially beneficial should you be undergoing other forms of treatments, preparing or recovering from surgery as it promotes faster healing.

You will then be guided through a hypnosis session designed to meet your needs. All hypnosis appointments are recorded and your personal copy will be mailed to you.

Weight Management

Private sessions are based on the individual’s needs and situations. The four hypnosis session program assists you in uncovering any hidden emotional issues, which could be affecting the weight problem. Through dealing with these issues, blocks can be released and the weight can be managed . A four week program includes the teaching of self hypnosis and a CD to be used at home.

Stop Smoking Program

Don’t just quit, but STOP smoking. With this four week program you will be given the tools to learn to gradually stop smoking by giving yourself back the control you need to kick the habit. The first two hour hypnosis session looks deep inside to see why, when and what may be causing your need to smoke and the reasons you feel you need to stop. Self hypnosis is taught and a CD will be provided to use at home.
Past Life Regression: Often fears or patterns we follow regarding life choices can be carried over from one life to another. Once realized, you are able to break the pattern and move on…having learned from the past. Karma release can be obtained allowing us to move forward and open more intuitively in order to view our life purpose more clearly.

Rates

Initial hypnosis sessions are two hours in length, $100 with additional sessions being one to one and a half hours in duration, $80. Book and pay for a four-week block of sessions and save – the cost is $275.

Reiki sessions are approximately one hour in length and cost is $50.  Energy Hypnosis sessions are one and a half to two hours in length, cost is $100.  Reiki and a Reading is $75 for approximately one hour to one and a half hour sessions.

Oracle Card Readings

I use my clairsentient ability to “read” your energy through the Wisdom of Avalon Oracle Cards and when instructed will also use a variety of Angel Cards to confirm and reinforce a message. I have found that I am able to concentrate on the client’s energy simply by repeating their name while shuffling the cards, enabling me to do readings via e-mail. As with all my services, I apply a strict code of ethics and treat the reading as I would any other service – complete confidentiality with the intent for the higher good to be used as an aide for your betterment. Cost is $40.

Chakra Meditation Course
