If you are like so many people you find it difficult to get a good night's sleep or you think you are well rested but are you really? There are so many health concerns surrounding sleep habits that we really need to take a serious look at how we are actually getting our rest.
Time to put on your pj's, fluff up your pillow and bring out your blankie as we explore ways to get a good night's rest and all those things that can happen to us if we don't. During this workshop we will do a pre-sleep hypnosis ( why you need your jammies, pillow and blankie and drifting off is allowed!) to demonstrate how we can use the power of suggestion to relax and fall to sleep.
