In this all day workshop you will:
Discuss what the symptoms are for Compassion Fatigue, Vicarious Trauma and Burnout.
Have open discussions on triggers and coping skills at work and at home.
Through hands on exercises you will learn the tools that will assist you in preventing and overcoming the stress and distress that can occur.
Take part in Intuitive Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra by a trained and experienced Yoga Instructor
