MINDFUL JOURNEY OFFICE HOURS

7 PM Guided Meditation Classes,   52 Victoria Avenue

Wed 2:30PM    to    7:30 PM

Thu 2:30 PM    to   7:30PM

Fri 5:30 PM    to    7:30 PM

Sat 9 AM -  Noon morning appointments for private session

Sun CLOSED

All sessions are by appointment only.

Hours will be amended to accommodate workshops and group sessions.

Please note that all private hypnosis sessions are digitally recorded and a copy of the session will be provided to the client.

Weddings are booked through www.allseasonsweddings.com Feel free to contact me directly for information and availability.  Spots fill up quickly so it is best to book well in advance.
