Fall is officially here and what better time to strike out for a long, reflective walk? Walking meditation is the time you take to allow your thoughts and body to become one. You don't really have a destination nor a time to get there. It is a time you become truly aware of all your senses; your breath, your step, the sights,sounds and smells around you.
So, put on your runners, wrap up in a sweater and get outside! Feel the warmth of the sun on your face, smell the coolness in the air, hear the honking of the geese and cawing of the crows, see the beautiful colours around you and simply BE!!
