Past Life Regression

Do you have a fear or phobia, which you cannot explain? Attracted to a certain era, type of person, place or activity? Feel as though you have a destiny but do not know what it is you should be focusing on? Cannot seem to loose weight, stop smoking, self-sabotage in relationships or career? Remember we bring with us cell memory from our past lives, which in turn affects our life today, physically, emotionally and Spiritually.

By observing your own life as a whole “book”, with each life as a chapter, you can see how a particular pattern has repeated, what pitfalls you may have encountered and why, what your life lesson is for this chapter of your life and where you need to go. Don ‘t be afraid to go back and discover a part of yourself that has been in slumber just waiting for you to awaken its mysteries. You have free will and with such have the ability to direct your destiny in this life and the next.

Hypnosis is a way to assist the physical body and conscious mind into deep relaxation, similar to the period just before sleep, and gently guiding the subconscious mind to come forward. In the case of past life regression, you are seeking memories from another time and perhaps place. By clearing the mind of everyday chatter, you are opening yourself up to remember. If healing is required or affirmations needed to help you heal in this life, they are presented during hypnosis and the subconscious mind will absorb them into it’s memory to be brought forward at a later date when needed. You are never in a trance or out of control while in hypnosis. The hypnotist is merely your guide, helping you along your journey. You decide where you are going. Should you have a specific issue in this life you wish to delve into, then you would be guided to go to a place and time linked to that particular concern. Your subconscious mind is like a great computer and begins to sort through data, refining its search until it finds a match. You then would see, feel, hear or just know the memory. Often it will come in bits and pieces and other times you will be simply amazed at the clarity.

The hypnotist assists you through this journey, directing you to travel to different time frames, see different people, sense what is going on while all the time you are simply observing, never actually reliving the moment. Don’t be surprised should you have an “ah-ha” moment as you see for yourself how one life is connected to another.
After the regression, you discuss the session with the hypnotist and together discover the connections to your present life. Sometimes, clients can’t quite see the link but an objective observer can. All sessions are recorded on CD so you can listen to it at a later date. It is always recommended that you write down your experience as well. Often things become clearer once you write them down. You may feel you need to sketch what you saw such as a piece of clothing, anything that may help you to identify the time and place of the life. Even though you go through the hypnosis as an observer you will most likely feel very emotional, after all it is your life you are looking at. The best way to go about this is with an open mind, not expecting anything in particular. You may be surprised just where you go. Remember, you are shown what you need to see and when you are ready to see it.
Consider the following and see if you can identify with any of these experiences; they could be cell memory from another time:
· Meeting people for the first time but yet having such a familiar “I feel like I should know you” sensation.
· Visiting a home, museum, even a foreign country and feeling very familiar with the items, dress or the place itself.
· While watching a movie, documentary, reading a book about a specific time in history and just becoming totally absorbed in it.
· Preferring certain things around you in your home for no apparent reason – such as ancient Egyptian artifacts, Far East artwork, Victorian décor, antiques.
· Or, you feel very uncomfortable with specific articles, furnishings from a certain era.
· Unexplained fears and phobias, opinions, pain in your body with no apparent physical reason.
· Trouble with relationships where you seem to be constantly attracted to the wrong person.
